Return Policy

Given the nature of our products, no returns can be accepted, but we can offer replacements in case of shipping issues within 30 days of receipt.

We encourage people to experiment with our kits, especially for variations for allergen or dietary preferences. If you try a a recipe substitution and it works out great, let us know and we can add a note to our recipes for others to use.

If you make a substitution and your recipe doesn’t turn out well, please let us know and we may be able to provide a new mix with new recommendations for substitutions.
